Each patch contains 4% lidocaine to desensitize aggravated nerves at the source of discomfort. The non-greasy, odor-free design offers up to 12 hours of relief in a discreet, easy-to-use patch.

Uses:
Temporarily relieves minor pain associated with:
- Back pain
- Neck pain
- Shoulder pain
- Knee pain
- Muscle soreness
- Joint discomfort
- Minor sprains and strains
Directions:
- Adults and children 12 years and older:
- Clean and dry the affected area.
- Remove the backing and apply one patch to the painful area.
- Wear for up to 12 hours.
- Children under 12 years of age: consult a physician.
Warnings:
- For external use only.
- Use only as directed.
- Do not use more than one patch on the body at one time.
- Avoid contact with eyes.
- Do not apply to damaged, irritated, or infected skin.
- Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms worsen or persist for more than 7 days.

Put this on my neck/shoulder area after sleeping wrong and wow... sooo much better after
I use these when my arthritis starts acting up in my knee. Really helps take the edge off
